Things I want to do!

But things I want to do, Now that I am healthy.

  1. refer to myself as a runner, without clarifying it
  2.  Get down below that nasty 200, again.
  3.  Get down to 210, Small goals.  May 30, still down to 209.4, I have been able to maintain below 210 for a few weeks now. 
  4. Get down to 205
  5. Hold the plank position for 2 min May 30 workout
  6. Hold the plank position for 2.30
  7. Hold the plan for 5 min
  8. Do the Goofy and a half Challenge Jan 2012
  9. Make Display for medals
  10.  5 mil.es in 45 min  May 2012
  11. Run twom 13.1 miles in one month
  12. Do more than 16 runs in one month (each run has to be at least 3.1 miles
