Okay Monday is here,  The start of all things new right?

Or at least the start of the week.  

I am so happy with my run on Saturday,  I didn’t realize I could keep it under 10 min.  My goal is to now keep the pace for 10+miles here is hoping!

I have noticed that my weight hasn’t really changed in a few months.  It is slowly creeping up but not that bad.  Until last week I stepped on our old scale and I am positive is said ouch!   With that said I am realizing I need to get control of my weight and have it start to creep down.  I would love to be well  below 200 again,   or at least on the other side of it. 

So on Saturday i bought this scale, it is way cool.  Every time I weigh myself it sends the weight to a website so it can graph my gains and hopefully losses.  All in all it is helping me stay accountable and motivated to loose

So this weeks weight goals are:

 Using weight watcher points plus track my intakes.

Mon,Wed and Friday Run  

Tue and Thur and one weekend day weight training.
